I think today I must disagree with the downtrodden Angry White Male stereotypes who demand an English Only policy. Even that language has been failing today.

I'm turning the mirror right when told "TURN THE MIRROR RIGHT." This isn't enough to eliminate the need for "TURN THE MIRROR TOWARDS ME," "TURN THE MIRROR RIGHT" and I TOLD YOU TO TURN THE MIRROR RIGHT." A 180 degree arc hasn't delivered the correct angle, much less the right one. Best of all, we're doing this masochistic tango in front of the client.

Dealing with the him in English, much less South Dakota-Midwest-Americn hasn't worked as well as it should either when "What can I do for you?" "What would you like?" and How can I help you?" elicit blank stares.
